Vaccine Clinics-Wednesdays from 9 am-3:30 pm, appointment required.  

Appointments only. To schedule an appointment, go to Click on Check Eligibility and Book My Appointment. When visiting our building, masks are required regardless of vaccination status, please refrain from visiting if you are ill.  Persons with health insurance should bring their insurance card. There are no out-of-pocket costs, regardless of whether the person is insured or uninsured, but we will bill their insurance company to help cover our administration costs.

Information Regarding 3rd Dose COVID-19 Vaccine for the Immunocompromised

All three COVID-19 booster shots are also available.

Hospitalization data shared by the CDC reveals that persons with COVID-19 filled 3 out of 10 hospital beds (and 4 out of every 10 ICU beds) in local hospitals over the past 7 days.
